Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be 18 years of age or older and authorised to enter this agreement for the business you register.
2. The service
The platform provides business administration tools for enquiries, quotes, jobs, time records and related operations. You remain responsible for the trade services your business provides.
3. Your account and business information
You must provide accurate information, protect account access and ensure that staff use the platform only for authorised business work.
4. Trial, subscription and payment
The trial provides the complete package for 14 days without requiring payment details. No charge can be made automatically during or at the end of a card-free trial. You may choose to add a payment method through Paddle before the trial ends. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. If no payment method is added, the trial ends without charge and the workspace becomes read-only for 30 days so business records are not suddenly lost.
5. One complete package
The subscription provides the complete platform package for the selected staff band. External provider charges are separate only where they are clearly disclosed before use.
6. Customer-facing content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business page, quotes, messages, images and other material shared with customers, and for having permission to use that material.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, access another business workspace, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with security or use the platform to mislead customers.
8. Availability and changes
Maintenance, security work and service improvements may occasionally affect availability. Material changes to these Terms will be versioned and communicated before they take effect where required.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for non-payment, serious misuse, security risk or legal necessity. Cancellation and data-export arrangements will be described in the final reviewed Terms.
10. Privacy
Privacy and personal-data handling are explained separately in the Privacy Notice. Agreeing to these Terms does not replace any separate consent that the law may require.
11. Legal review and governing terms
The final operator identity, contact address, governing law, liability wording, cancellation rights and country-specific consumer or business requirements must be inserted and legally approved before launch.
